Creating workshop agenda for SBCC

I'm currently working on my agenda for the workshop at SBCC on role-playing. I'm curious if people have suggestions of topics they would like me to touch on, or if there were specific challenges people had found using role-play - or in user testing workshops. What interests people the most on this topic?
