Silvio Q/observation on What Works?
Hi - not sure of you have signed up for this Group - but a Q/obervation from Silvio has just been posted here FYI - assue anyone should feel free to respond? Thanks - Warren
Silvio observation
Responding here and not directly to Silvio for now, but I guess a major part of looking at what works is to also look at what does NOT work. That would possibly lead us to the issues that Silvio raises - institutional power, dominant knowledge, flows of money - and which we plan to address, as I understand it, under the third theme of the summit.
